The roof deck was cleaned, old shingles and damaged wood were dismantled, and deteriorated plywood was replaced. A new waterproof barrier, asphalt shingles, vents, and piping were installed. Finally, gutters were cleaned and the surface was blown clean. Result: a renewed, functional, and clean roof.
